What is your policy on returns and how to raise the request?
- Any product delivered defective / damaged or wrong with respect to what is shown on the website could be return within 7 days of the delivery for the replacement. Please reach out to our WhatsApp chat support on +91 9458733822 or drop an email at houseeighteencustomercare@gmail.com available all Monday to Saturday days between 10:00 am to 6:00pm Please place the replacement request within 48 hours of the delivery.
- Due to fragile nature of our products and complexities of reverse logistics, we do not accept replacements in rest of the categories & sub categories.
- Please return the products in their original packaging and unused. Double-check that you’ve included all the tags, warranty cards, and all other attachments that came with your order.
