We do not accept returns once an order has been delivered. Please ensure you check all product details, sizes, and descriptions before placing your order.
Exchange Policy (For Defective Items Only)
We only offer an exchange if the item you received is defective or damaged. To be eligible for an exchange:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at ekaghrahome@gmail.com .
- You must share an unpacking video of the defective or damaged product as proof.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging and with all tags intact.
Once we verify the issue, we will send you a replacement for the same product or a store credit, depending on availability.
Non-Exchangeable Items
Custom-made or personalized items.
Products damaged due to mishandling or misuse after delivery.
Products without proper proof of defect or reported after 48 hours of delivery.
